Alphavilleꞌs Koyasan Guesthouse in Japan

Alphaville has designed a guest house in Koyasan, a sacred place in Japan, home of Kongobu-ji Buddhist temple. Alphaville of Kyoto has created a timber frame building with a pitched roof containing a cosy guesthouse measuring only 96 sqm.

The Paediatric Centre in Port Sudan designed by Tamassociati for Emergency has been presented with a new award, the 2015 Fassa Bortolo International Prize For Sustainable Architecture. The paediatric centre was one of the projects discussed at the June 19 event held at FAB Architectural Bureau Milano focusing on architecture as a tool for treatment.
