Starting on June 25 2015 SpazioFMGperl'architettura, Iris Ceramica and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti’s gallery and showroom, presents the exhibition Sergei Tchoban Realtà e Fantasia - Cartoline dall'Italia (“Sergei Tchoban, Reality and Fantasy: Postcards from Italy"), an opportunity to discover the work of Russian architect Sergei Tchoban, who designed the Russian Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015.
Held in partnership with the architect’s studio in Berlin, nps tchoban voss, the exhibition Sergei Tchoban Realtà e Fantasia - Cartoline dall'Italia, presents more than 50 sketches the architect produced using a variety of different techniques (pencil, pen, watercolour, charcoal), along with photographs taken at studio nps tchoban voss and in-depth information on the architect’s built projects, representing the areas of study investigated by architect Sergei Tchoban.
The unique thing about this exhibition is the vast mosaic of sketches by the architect decorating the walls of SpazioFMG and describing landscapes in real and imaginary cities, complex visions offering a wealth of evocations combining different ages and styles.
The exhibition is completed with a video interview in which Sergei Tchoban talks directly to the public.
