Shopping centre<br /> Carrè Sénart Ville Nouvelle de Senart, southwest of Paris, was built in 1973 on the Allee Royale, the old road linking the Pavillon Royal with Rougeau forest since 1751, travelled by Louis 15th on his hunting expeditions.
A vast redevelopment project began in 1987 in this area, where ten municipalities come together, to create a new city centre right in Senart, contributing new vitality and new services to the entire area around it.
Le Grand Aquarium d'Ile-de-France, Cite des Loisirs, new residential buildings and new services will be the next steps in pursuit of this goal.
