Next Landmark exhibition at Spazio FMG Milano
The second NEXT LANDMARK contest concluded on July 16 2013, but the international competition promoted by the architecture, design and design culture portal FLOORNATURE continues to shine the spotlight on projects by the young architects who entered the competition.
SpazioFMGperl’Architettura, a gallery in Milan operated by Iris Ceramica and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti, presents an exhibition of winning projects in the three contest sections open October 4 through 25 2013: Villa921 by Japanese architect Shoko Murakaji (first work), Contemporary Art Center: from collecting to creation by Russian Nataly Abramova (research) and the Canadian project "architecture and human emotions" by Hugo Soo (photography).

The exhibition will also present projects awarded special mentions by the international panel of judges for the Next Landmark contest: a service station and McDonald’s in Batumi (Georgia) by Giorgi Khmaladze and "House T" in Miyazaki (Japan) by Michiya Tsukano (first work), Healing & Transformation: The No Man’s Land by Aries Cheng (Hong Kong) and "Antarctic Connections" by Gabrielle Phillips (research), "House of the Histories" in Cascais by Pedro Gabriel of Portugal and "Suburban" by Marco Fogarolo of Italy (photography).
