Riccardo Dalisi is an architect, designer, sculptor and painter who has been working hard for a social cause for some time in the poorer parts of the city of Naples. He presented the Associazione No Profit H2O nuovi scenari per la sopravvivenza (non-profit association H2O: new scenarios for survival) with the “ Compasso di latta ” for its commitment to protecting and saving water resources through the culture of design.
The “ Compasso di latta Award” is an initiative recognising research in design aimed at human support, environmental compatibility and degrowth. The prize was first awarded in 2010, after long preparations conducted by architect Dalisi in collaboration with the Triennale and the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti of Milan.
Riccardo Dalisi will hold a lecture on May 20 at Acaya Castle in Lecce during the L'ACQUA in MOSTRA (WATER on EXHIBIT) event organised by the non-profit association H2O: new scenarios for survival.
