Jean Paul Viguier & Associés, tower to house Maroc Telecom Headquarters
The glass and steel tower designed by architecture firm, Jean Paul Viguier & Associés will house the Maroc Telecom headquarters in Rabat. The 11,500 m², double skin façade plays a fundamental part in the building?s high tech image. It is composed of a stainless steel structure of vertical beams that support a curtain-wall of DuPont? SentryGlas® laminated glass panels.

The tower will house the official corporate headquarters and contains an auditorium as well as a telecommunications museum. The landscaping includes a series of paths through the garden, gently encouraging visitors to make their way into the actual building.

The architects have put a number of energy-saving and water management options in place, including movement detectors in conference rooms to limit air-conditioning, and collecting rainwater for use in the gardens.
