The first evening event held at Fab Architectural Bureau in Milan was a great success. The creative gallery operated by Fiandre and Porcelaingres, inaugurated during Fuorisalone 2015, hosted an event presenting the book “Pasta. The photographic elegance of De Cecco’s pasta shapes” by photographer Daniele Duca.

On May 19 the first FuoriExpo event was held at Fab Architectural Bureau Milano: “Pasta as Architecture in the photographs of Daniele Duca” promoted by Floornature’s editors in partnership with the Fiandre and Porcelaingres creative gallery and showroom in Milan at Via Solferino 40.
The evening, included among the FuoriExpo initiatives listed in the City-Expo guide of Interni magazine, published by Mondadori, was very popular with the public.

In the FAB exhibition hall, 90 selected photographs by Daniele Duca were hung from the ceiling in apparently random order, so that visitors could create their own itineraries, which were never definitive and unique, because a gust of wind or the mere presence of other visitors was enough to change the position of the images and create a game of discovery of the design of the pasta shapes photographed.

At 7 pm Federica Minozzi, the CEO of the Fiandre Group, started the evening by presenting the FAB space operated by Fiandre and Porcelaingres to the public and introducing the guests involved. Angelo Maggi, instructor at IUAV and exhibition curator, then took the floor and moderated the subsequent talk with photographer Daniele Duca, Giuseppe Iannotti, chef at Kresios, and wine and food writer and critic Luca Iaccarino.
The evening closed with a showcooking demonstration by chef Giuseppe Iannotti accompanied by critic Luca Iaccarino serving the chef's creations on special plates made of Fiandre porcelain made using Active Clean Air & Antibacterial Ceramic™ technology, an exclusive method developed by the Fiandre Group to make ceramic surfaces eco-active with antibacterial and self-cleaning properties.
