Olympus Playground in Munich - the fascination of photography The installations for the famous OLYMPUS PHOTOGRAPHY PLAYGROUND are a sort of training ground for photography lovers as these special artistic creations stimulate an unconstrained flow of creative flair. They can be enjoyed in Munich until 20th September.

(A2arquitectos - Magic Kaleidoscope)

The latest OLYMPUS PHOTOGRAPHY PLAYGROUND Night & Day opened a few days ago in Munich in the Mixed Munich Arts, one of the city of Munich's old thermal power stations, which has now been transformed into a club, restaurant and venue for special events.

(Numen/For Use - Tape)

(Leigh Sachwitz - INSIDEOUT)

Included is “Tape” by the Austrian-Croatian design partnership Numen/For Use, a maze made out of transparent tape which looks like a giant insect's cocoon. Meanwhile Leigh Sachwitz from flora&faunavisions presents INSIDEOUT (link), a living house where you can interact and produce different visual effects accompanied by Andi Toma's sound design.

(A2arquitectos - Magic Kaleidoscope)

The Spanish architects from A2arquitectos display a gigantic kaleidoscope, “Magic Kaleidoscope” where visitors become an integral part of the optical illusion.

(Eric Olofsen - White Noise)

(Maser - Here Now)

White Noise” by Erik Olofsen is a futurist stainless steel installation that throws back a pixelated picture to the viewer while Maser's “Here Now” is an invitation to go on a kind of nocturnal walk to discover, thanks to the camera, aspects that would otherwise remain hidden to the naked eye.

OLYMPUS PHOTOGRAPHY PLAYGROUND is open until 20th September: an artistic play park where art and reality are blended in a recreational way and users take part in iconic activities.
