Merkurhuset in Gothenburg by the OLSSON LYCKEFORS studio, between present and past
The Merkurhuset project designed by the Swedish Olsson Lyckefors studio not only takes its name from one of the most iconic buildings in Sweden's second largest city, but also enters into dialogue with the protected historical pre-existing architecture. An 8,000 square metre building is born that fits harmoniously into the urban context, without losing its identity.

Ivrea reopens its doors: Welc-Home to my House 2023
Once again this year, Ivrea - the industrial city of the 20th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site - opens its doors for visitors to marvel at Olivetti’s architecture, with involvement from local citizens and a media partnership with Floornature. There are two weekends available - 23/24 September and 30 September/1 October - as well as days dedicated to photography and architecture on 22 and 30 September respectively.

GRAFT completes Charlie Living in Berlin
Charlie Living by GRAFT is the largest predominantly residential new build project in Friedrichstadt, in direct proximity to what used to be Checkpoint Charlie. This is an open set of four new buildings standing in one of the last empty spaces along the former strip of the Berlin Wall, in Berlin Mitte.

London-based firm, Goddard Littlefair, has transformed the public areas of the Central Post and Telegraph Head Office, a listed, iconic building in Copenhagen, initially built in 1912. It is now known as Villa Copenhagen, and it has been converted into a standout landmark hotel.

Felix Meritis, renewing the past to take it into the future, by i29
Felix Meritis is a building on the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam, constructed in 1788 for a society of scientists, artists, entrepreneurs and thinkers. The Dutch architecture firm i29 was commissioned by Amerborgh investment group to revamp its interiors. The design concept is standout, charismatic, inspired by the building’s rich history.

The Paris-based architecture firm, Ferrier Marchetti has completed the Huaxin Tiandi Campus project in Shanghai. An office campus closely connected to the green spaces and district around it with a project creating an oasis of peace and quiet in the Chinese metropolis.

Ningbo Hanvos School by DC ALLIANCE
The architects from the Chinese firm, DC ALLIANCE, continue their school project in the district of Zhenhai, Ningbo, designed and constructed in several stages. After completing some elementary schools, now they have finished Ningbo Hanvos School, a new international campus that covers every year from primary school through to senior secondary school.

Peak Tea, a space spanning interior and exterior by ONEXN Architects
The team from the Chinese firm ONEXN Architects designed Peak Tea, a tea house in a large mall in Shenzhen. The small premises talk to us because of the desire to create a landscaped space that blends interior and exterior and emphasizes the presence of the business.
