Green_Zero. Naturally chic hospitality by Daniele Menichini.
Living in symbiosis with nature shouldn't necessarily mean doing without. One virtuous example of this approach is the Green_Zero project by Daniele Menichini, the architect who is pursuing research in the area of green building.

A living unit, or rather a prefabricated suite, that harmoniously blends into its natural surroundings – in this case, the parkland of Hotel Ai Cadelach.

Here the word “green” is not just a label, it’s a design philosophy that encompasses every detail: from the shell-module to the materials used for the interior design. Everything here is designed to reduce the footprint and to engage with the local environment.

These choices are CasaClima A, certified, in other words CasaClimaOro – the Gold class of the “Climate House” energy efficiency certification – a really significant breakthrough for the hospitality sector. Because smart design like this is the best way of spreading the message that Daniele Menichini conveys through his architecture. Indeed, people who stay in his constructions get to really understand that “green” is not just something hermits choose, it’s a truly playful, “naturally chic” lifestyle that everyone can aspire to.

The proposed solution can be configured to meet the needs of the end user, with all the potential of modular constructions that are prefabricated off-site – good for the environment and for the pocket.
