Eye-catching and prefabricated. ÁPH80 by ÁBATON architecture firm.
Spanish firm ÁBATON has always adopted a sustainable approach to its architecture projects. ÁPH80 is affordable and transportable: a house model that combines the advantages of a prefabricated building with a contemporary look.

Anybody who still has a thing against prefab homes should take a closer look at the latest project by Spanish firm ÁBATON. Their ÁPH80 house is not just a small dwelling, making it both versatile and portable, its appearance also meets the most sophisticated demands.

The 27 square metre house includes a combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom: perfect for two people.

The wood used throughout the house adds warmth to the simple, sleek interiors, is hypoallergenic and is sourced from sustainably managed forests, where possible in Spain. Large windows let in the light, provide natural ventilation and bring the outdoors inside.

Roof and outside walls are clad in a composite material made from wood fibre and cement; the building has a ventilated façade and 12 cm thick thermal insulation.

The house is manufactured in Spain and it only takes one day to install. Its dimensions makes it easy to transport. A perfect project for anyone who wants to move without changing their actual home, something that is becoming more popular and in keeping with the current downsizing trend.
