UNStudio The Scotts Tower Singapore

The "Scotts Tower" by UNStudio will offer residents all the possibilities of a neighbourhood in a single building.

The building stands in one of Singapore?s most important districts, near Orchard Road, and will contain a total of 31 floors and 231 apartments with different layouts. The building?s vertical development may be divided into four zones, each with an identity of its own, as architect Ben van Berkel, founder of UNStudio, points out.

The roof garden, hanging gardens and terraces at different levels are important aspects of the project, containing recreational facilities (an Olympic pool, a wellness centre, a gym, etc.) for residents and offering different panoramic views of the city and the nearby park depending on their position.
