Asti Architetti redesigns and redevelops a part of the city in Milan

The Asti Architetti studio has designed the redevelopment of an important urban block in the city of Milan. The project, “il Cortile della Seta” involved a typical courtyard building located between Via Moscova and Via Solferino. The architects redesigned the street front of the four above-ground levels, the covered courtyard and the new glass roof.

The New Dawn of Architecture: Iris Ceramica Group at Fuorisalone 2021

The Iris Ceramica Group participates at Fuorisalone 2021 in Milan with a packed programme of workshops and meetings featuring prestigious names in architecture, design and furnishings. September 4 through 10, the Group’s Flagship Store in the very popular area between the Cathedral and Piazza Cordusio, right in the city centre, hosts an exhibition entitled "The New Dawn of Architecture". SOM presents plans for the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Village

The Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Village for the 25th Winter Olympics will be designed by SOM Skidmore Owings & Merrill, as COIMA SGR and its partners Covivio and Prada Holding announced on 16 July 2021 at the end of the international design competition. Work on the new Olympic Village, due to become an important centre of interest and activity in the Porta Romana area, will be completed by July 2025.
