The Architecture Drawing Prize 2023: Celebrating the art of architectural drawing

Registration has officially opened for The Architecture Drawing Prize 2023: a prestigious prize, now in its seventh edition, celebrating and exhibiting the art and skill of architectural drawing. In partnership with Make Architects and Sir John Soane's Museum, the World Architecture Festival (WAF) invites architects, designers and students from all over the world to participate in this extraordinary competition sponsored by the Iris Ceramica Group.

Iris Ceramica Group launches the international Local Cultures in Global Settings Contest

Registration is now open for the international "Local Cultures in Global Settings" contest promoted by the Iris Ceramica Group and open to architecture, art and design professionals who have graduated since 2013. Entrants may register and send their entries by July 31, 2023. The contest promotes technological innovation and the creation of conscious communities that share common values to combat climate change. The prizes for the winner include the creation of a prototype, the exhibition of the winning project and a trip to Dubai on the occasion of the Dubai Design Week.

The Barbara Cappochin International Prize for Architecture goes to Fasch & Fuchs Architekten design studio for the Aspern Federal School. "Cava Arcari", the multi-purpose space at Colli Berici (the hills around Vicenza) designed by David Chipperfield Architects wins the Regional Award.
