- RE:CHARGE Café at Milano Design Week
The great global design event is about to start - a week featuring trends and fashions, new icons in the world of design. Everyone will be busy running around seeking out innovations, meeting friends and networking.
In this backdrop, the RE:CHARGE Café by Humanscale with the designer Todd Bracher in the Brera district stands out as a green oasis in every way. Here, stressed-out visitors to Fuorisalone whose batteries have run down can find a huge range of interior design products by Humanscale - always attentive to personal wellness, particularly in the workplace - including Todd Bracher's latest creation, the Trea Chair as well as built-in biological lighting. The long communal table has charging stations for mobile phones, tablets and laptops, and while your devices are plugged in (if you can tear yourselves away from the free WI-FI and detox from electronics for a moment) you can relax in a warm, friendly, comfort-oriented environment, which looks after your physical and mental health, and immerse yourselves in the #DesignForHumans concept.
And of course, you can also get your “green shots”, regenerating healthy refreshments to enjoy as you contemplate the green wall that also purifies the air. This is the brainchild of green agriculture specialists Vertical Field.
If you're in Via Solferino, in the Brera zone, RE:CHARGE is a must if you want some respite from all the busyness, and need to recharge, in the broadest sense of the word.
