Language school in Valencia. Project by Masquespacio.
Spanish interior design and communications studio, Masquespacio designed the interiors of a language school in Valencia, Spain, mixing and matching the original neoclassical building with its new, modern interior.

The focus of the interior design for 2Day Languages school are brand identity and communicating the territory, and Spanish interior design and communications studio Masquespacio has shown true flair in completing this.

Studio owner and designer, Ana Milena Hernández Palacios, did not want to overwhelm the existing, neoclassical building so she kept changes to a minimum – to the advantage of environmental and economic sustainability.
Pine is extensively used in the three classrooms, which each feature a different colour – blue, yellow and pink – that reference the brand; the colours are then mixed in the common areas.

Apart from the chairs and sofa, the furniture and the lighting were designed by Masquespacio and manufactured with the help of specialist tradespersons. This approach not only brought down costs, it also capitalised on the contribution of local experts.

Decorations and graphic references to the Spanish language complete this interior design that puts Visual Marketing theories into practice, communicating a space that stimulates learning.
