The technology centre designed by Tecnostudio with Masma Architetti Associati opened recently.
Bhai Tech, designed by Tecnostudio in collaboration with Masma Architetti Associati , is a centre for research, analysis and development in automobile racing and the automotive industry.Designed using technological solutions intended to save energy, it is an irregular squared-off construction; its walls are inclined planes reflected in a pool of water at the base of the building, enhancing its overall volume.
On the outside, the colours of the ventilated façades are differentiated by function; the office block is covered with white panels and the research area with dark panels, while aluminium sunshades protect the windows running the full height of the internal staircase.
The form of the main staircase follows the inclined walls; it is a long strip of teak connecting the three office levels, fitting into the design of the horizontal surfaces covered with large ceramic tiles.
