Olga Felip finalist in the AJ award for emerging architects

New awards for Olga Felip Ordis, the young Catalan architect who has already earned recognition along with her colleague Josep Camps Povill in the Next Landmark Contest held by Floornature to discover and reveal international talents in architecture.

The architectural practice run by Olga Felip Ordis and Josep Camps Povill had already earned recognition at the Next Landmark Contest held by the Floornature portal to discover and reveal international talents in architecture. Josep Camps and Olga Felip?s studio had won a special mention for first project: redevelopment of the market in Ferreries, a neighbourhood in Tortosa, Cataluña.

2013 begins with new awards for the young architects: their plan for a swimming pool and sports facility in Jesús has been selected for the Mies Van der Rohe Award, presented to a contemporary architecture project by the European Union.
Olga Felip has also received an important personal acknowledgement, and is a finalist in the contest for emerging women architects promoted by the AJ (Architects Journal). The winners will be announed on March 22, 2013.
