School, Sport & Wellness,

Exhibition,

Among the projects that received the most votes from the international panel, web voters preferred the research to construct a school in Gaza by Cristina Labianca and Alberto Menozzi. The 40 projects with the most votes from the international panel will be on show during the Next Landmark evening event.

Next Landmark: web winner
The web has voted. The 40 winning projects voted by the international panel have been put on show to the public and our web visitors were free to choose which project they like the best. The project best liked on-line was designed by Cristina Labianca and Alberto Menozzi: research to construct a school in the Gaza Strip, which shows particular attention to location sustainability and architecture.
The web winner together with the 40 winning projects voted for by the international panel will be exhibited in a section in the multimedia area designed especially for the award ceremony.
The protagonists of the Next Landmark event, to be held on 28th August during the 13th Venice Architecture Biennale in the picturesque setting of the unhallowed church in the heart of Venice close to the Biennale Gardens, are the two contest winners, Kevin Erickson and Elisa Minari, and the 5 designers who received special mentions will each participate in a discussion during the talk show with the contest judges.
