The experience of Adriano Olivetti, his entrepreneurial activity that combined culture and business, kick-starts an imagined encounter that Luca Zevi has come up with to describe Italian architecture starting from the post-war period.
THE FOUR SEASONS
Italian architecture, from Adriano Olivetti to the Green Economy
this is the full title of the exhibition that will be on show at the Tese delle Vergini, Arsenale in Venice until 25th November, offering visitors a journey along the path of research and of discovering the virtuous relationship between architecture, growth and innovation in Italy.
The exhibition seeks to provide food for thought on the relationship between the economic crisis, architecture and the territory and on the need to establish a new pact between culture and economy, essential for Italy’s recovery.
Michelangelo Pistolettos "reMade in Italy" in the Giardino delle Vergini is a meeting place and metaphoric centre of energies.
