Heat 360 by Azovskiy Pahomova Architects

Retraining,

Two Ukrainian architects, Oleg Azovskiy and Anna Pahomova, designed a single-family house with a view on the river in Dnipro. It is a carefully thought-out, minimalist project where nothing was left to chance.

Azovskiy Pahomova Architects is a Ukrainian practice that recently built a single-family house in Dnipro. It is, in all respects, a redevelopment operation that transformed a non-residential building into a real house, provided with all the comforts.

Built on a riverbank, it is surrounded by a small park and has a small private pier. This house also boasts two little luxuries: a swimming pool and a music room.
The whole house is characterised by a minimalist style, with accurately selected materials and colours. An example of this elegantly designed style can be found in the wooden staircase leading to the upper floor, which fills the entire living room with shade and light.
The architects chose not to include a TV in the house, so all pieces of furniture in the living room are oriented facing the wide panoramic glass window that looks out onto the green of the garden. According to Azovskiy and Pahomova, this choice would replace the best possible TV.
